If your economic/educational / family situation dont change then you stay at the bottom.
And those 3 are all linked so you can never solve that problem. Realistically the black population in america will always be the poorest and least educated, i dont see any way out of this situation.
The latinos got the formula tho, they just as poor and just as poorly educated but they got their numbers up. Its easy to keep 11% of the population down. Its hard to keep 35% of the population down. Now the Democrats dikk riding em for votes while the black man and woman is ignored as a guranteed vote. The black population in america has no leverage.
No numbers, no money, and no other options.
Essentially the situation for black people in america is to vote democrat and then hope white democrats come and save you. Thats your only option.
