I'm about to save yall nikkas faces.
I have possibly the worst case of bumps known to man, and I now get my shyt smoother than a baby's ass with zero bumps. Within a month I went from looking homeless to presidential status.
What you need to do is get rid of all these newfangled shaving products and these bootleg black products and treat yourself to a luxurious old school shave. It's not cheap to start, but it ends up being way less expensive due to the ridiculously low cost of replacement blades down the road.
1. Hot shower before shaving. Use conditioner in the beard to soften that shyt up. You can use a pre-shave like Pro-Raso to further prepare the hair and skin. 2. Get yourself a nice silvertip badger-hair shaving brush and some baller shaving cream. I use [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Parker-Safety-Razor-Silvertip-Bristle/dp/B004B6V24M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357742655&sr=8-1&keywords=silvertip+brush]Amazon.com: Parker Safety Razor 100% Silvertip Badger Bristle Shaving Brush (Black Handle) & Free Shaving Brush Stand: Health & Personal Care[/ame]
and

and work yourself up a nice lather with piping hot water.
3. The razor: I like the Merkur slant because it gets super close even shaving with the grain. [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Merkur-Slant-Safety-Razor-37C/dp/B001LY7GEM/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top]Amazon.com: Merkur HD Slant Safety Razor 37C: Health & Personal Care[/ame]
There are many blades you can use. Derby blades are good and cheap. [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Derby-Extra-Double-Razor-Blades/dp/B004SGKMA0/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1357743200&sr=1-1&keywords=derby+razor+blades]Amazon.com: Derby Extra Double Edge Razor Blades, 100 Count: Health & Personal Care[/ame] Feather blades are insanely sharp and are great for special occasions. This is where you get the money back. Each blade is a few cents, and they last several shaves.
4. Shave with the grain only if you have bad ingrown hairs. This is super important. 2 or 3 passes. Keep the skin hot and lathered the whole time.
5. After shave. I seal off any cuts with an alum block, then cold water rinse, then splash of witch hazel, then some Nivea sensitive skin after shave.
It's a long process, and the startup cost is substantial, but the reason why you have razor bumps is because you take shortcuts and use shyt products.
