I find out that the reason for my bumps was because I wasn't cleaning my clippers with oil sheen.

I've been razor bump free since then.

I've stopped getting razor bumps when I started to keep things really simple

If you have it, let it grow for like a month

then trim it with a regular electric razor(basically the one you cut hair with), so it'll look like you have a five o'clock shadow

wash your face/jump in the shower

then shave it like normal with a razor

for after shave I just use regular aftershave(green bottle), burns the infection/cuts

and that's it

edit- The andis razor is the one I use also, great product

STOP USING RAZOR BLADES AND INVEST IN THIS
ANDIS-T-OUTLINER-TRIMMER.jpg

People with curly hair are more prone to razor bumps when they use razor blades

I have had this for YEARS......yet I was still getting razor bumps....

About to invest in some black soap today for that discoloration. :takedat:

Don't know if it's been mentioned before, but it should be.

I use Hollywood.....I get it at Sally's beauty school

I had some of that before. I actually ordered some 100% tea tree oil off amazon the other day (forgot the brand but it was one with a high number of reviews and like a 4.5/5 rating). I guess it's some strong stuff because people were saying they apply it with a q-tip and it has a strong smell, but they were seeing results in like 2 days.

So are you suppose to apply it directly on your skin, or do you guys dilute it with water?

I do need to start oiling my beard to give it that shine.
