I'm the opposite. I do incline all the time and need to do decline more.

Upper chest looking better, while my lower chest is looking :mjcry:.

Incline is key to making your overall bench better

My max with no spotter is 315
My seated dumbbell press is 120 I don't do incline dumbbell press tho

Who said it wasn't?

Dude should be doing more for how strong his shoulders is and he knows that,it's a great achievement for sure,but he shouldn't be shorting himself, he strong as heck and can bench more than 315 if he puts his mind to it

My routine has enough volume as it is...are you guys saying I should just throw flat in the bushes? (been stalling at 180 for a min anyway)
