I used to do dumbbell incline for a good while, then recently switched to barbell incline, and I can definitely feel it hitting my upper chest way more.

Incline and flat, is pretty much my staple for chest day.

When you wear that vest and show off your upper chest gains

Is there an advantage to a rep range for incline in combination to flat? For example, heavier weight lower reps for incline, lighter weight more reps for flat? Vice Versa?
