U have some conflicting goals....I don't like being 185 though. I'm thinking 160 would be a good goal, the girl is shorter than me and was around 145 ish. she has gotten smaller but that's too small for my taste.
If u want that chick's legs/butt.... based on the very (very ) limited pics u showed u will need to put on more muscle. Muscle weighs a lot. So u might stay at 180, but look a lot leaner and smaller. I wouldnt worry about weight.... use your strength and measurements as your guides. Sounds like you want to be stronger while shrinking down those (God given ) hips and waist. U can probably do that without losing much if any weight.
