Gettin back into the groove of things. Starting to take vitamins daily and started a dance class last week. Need complete the entire thing with 3 visits to the gym a week a three minimum and eat better.

and most importantly:
  • Don’t let life get me too stressed like I have let it get me over the last year.

The woman you posted isn't very defined besides for her abdominal area.

Genetics also play a factor. And how hard are you working? Are you going to failure, switching up your workouts every month, using different intensity techniques?

this is one of my big problems. I don't count calories or measure things like carbs or protein or fat. I just eat healthy food.
I don't do this either, just eat home cooked meals and I could be one of those fitness IG models.
