the calorie restriction is fine, it's just the rest. It's just so easy to go over. If you can give me an example of a meal plan that would fit this, that'll be great.
How do you know that if you have never counted before? Notice how what I said would happen already has? You are already showing signs that it will be a challenge.......

I got nothing on specific meal plans. You might have to do some research on that front.

ok I did a little research and it actually won't be that hard based on what I eat. I was just being over dramatic lol

OT- like @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! said. you have to figure out what goal you want to accomplish. if you want to be like that young lady in the picture, you'll have to add on some muscles. theres no easy way out to it ( unless you doing drugs). good luck!

I don't like being 185 though. I'm thinking 160 would be a good goal, the girl is shorter than me and was around 145 ish. she has gotten smaller but that's too small for my taste.
