I got nothing on specific meal plans. You might have to do some research on that front.

I don't like being 185 though. I'm thinking 160 would be a good goal, the girl is shorter than me and was around 145 ish. she has gotten smaller but that's too small for my taste.thick women.

OT- like @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! said. you have to figure out what goal you want to accomplish. if you want to be like that young lady in the picture, you'll have to add on some muscles. theres no easy way out to it ( unless you doing drugs). good luck!
