You should be able to plug in the brand of the chicken breast into my fitness pal. They have generic entries for damn near everything at this point. Same thing with fruit.Yes, after meal prepping I realized the fruit I was eating had way to many carbs in them and the reason why I have oatmeal and toast is b/c just one doesn't fill me but I am going to do smaller meals and see how that helps.
For example, when I buy a package of chicken breast, it gives me the weight of the whole thing and the nutrition info on the back which is 4 oz per serving. If I can't measure it, idk how many servings I'm having. Same thing with the fruit, since they come in different sizes and simply googling wouldn't help, at least for me.
I see. What helps me determine size (i don't have a scale either) is using the palm of hand rule. So a serving of chicken would be size and width of the size of your hand. That's about 3-4 oz.For example, when I buy a package of chicken breast, it gives me the weight of the whole thing and the nutrition info on the back which is 4 oz per serving. Just spent a good $120 for groceries that probably won't last more than 2 weeks

My guess would be too much carbs in fruit and starch/grains . For example, if you're eating oatmeal, the toast is putting you over your limit for the meal. How much fruit are you eating? What kinds? You should pick low glycemic (berries, green apples)over high (mangoes, bananas). You should change snacking on fruit to snacking on non starch veggies (no potatoes, limit corn and carrots) as much as you can. And up your lean protein.

Only lost 4.6 lbs but my waist in down 3/8's of an inch and I lost a half inch on my hips. I see more definition in my thighs and calves but no really much of a difference in my arms. Probably b/c I don't work them out that much.
