Just cut your carbs back mostly...

No breads, pastas, etc.

Increase your chicken (grilled) or fish intake... or protein basically but natural

Increase your squat/leg game... arms will naturally adjust
Yes this is what I have been doing but I kinda need some suggestions for foods cuz I'm so hungry most of the time:sadcam:
For example today, I had toast w/ natural peanut butter and some fruit for breakfast. Lunch time, I had a sweet potato, grilled chicken, and some greens. I have a grilled chicken salad waiting on me when I get home but I know it's not gonna be enough for me. By 3 I already felt like eating a horse:mjcry:
As far as increasing my squat leg/game, if I extend my leg I can see my thigh muscle protruding so I now I'm on the right track. It's just when I stand, you can't see any tonedness so I know I should focus on burning fat.

Are those meals hitting the calorie and macro totals?

Increase your water (no soda/juices especially)

Thats half the battle right there

And what you're eating sounds fine. Like I said watch the carbs and like ADD said watch your calorie intake

To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you put in... and even without exercise your body still burns calories/ fat just when exercise is involved it does it more so.

carbs turn into fat if you're eating them and not doing shyt. So in theory, if you reduce carbs your body has to burn fat for energy instead...

Just keep eating clean, up your leg game, drink more water (more than the 8 cups bullshyt imo) and if you doing your cardio add intervals (1 minute run, 2 minutes jog, etc)

Do legs at least twice a week (one day light/high reps)... and also make sure you increase intensity as you get stronger (like less rest breaks, higher reps, etc)

I believe they are. The thing is, I'm so used to eating a lot since I have a big appetite. I just think body just has to adjust.

Yea I only drink water and try to drink a gallon a day but it can only do so much but l just have to be patient and remain focused.

Ditch the fruit in the morning. Add some protein in its place.
