Moreover, no benevolent philosopher king can arise given the cruelty which is needed to conquer all of Africa (which again, is impossible). As a poster pointed out, we need regional unity which fosters both economic growth and human security.

Should Redeem87 should be given one last warning before we all decide to place him on 'ignore' or should we entertain his silly idea?
