What about them? Most of them are heavy on Sci-Fi elements and fantasy. Not the same as 'real world' action/adventure.

Funny though.. The best marvel series of movies is Cap America... which is the most grounded and like the 90s/00s action movies than anything else Marvel does...

There was one movie during a flight starring some chick who's English wasn't good. She was guarding some missile defense system and of course terrorists overtook it. Ridiculous and I loved every bit of it. I think it was on Netflix

Jackie Chan is one of the greatest in the field entertaining dumb action movies TO THIS DAY. "Rumble in the Bronx" is almost required viewing, in my opinion.

"Olympus has Fallen", and "London has Fallen" are modern action fukkery classics. "Angel has Fallen" was trash, though. It's crazy that he really waited until the prime of his career was over to start making the action movies everyone wanted him to make all along.

Speaking of Armageddon, any of you dudes here who might know the movie inside and out, but there's one character, part of the oil crew, who just disappears from the movie. I think he was the latino guy, but he's in the beginning when they first recruit them and he's maybe shown once during the training montage, then he's never seen again.

Anyone know wtf I'm talking about? Always kind of bugged me.
