shyt bro you gonna need alot of dedication and to change your diet.

Lift weights in the rep ranges of 8-15 for hyperteophy so you can lose weight faster, get ya cardio in, keep track of yo calories and get some calisthenics in.

I'm right with you OP. 315 @ 6'4" I start my gym routine tomorrow. Already dropped fast food and sodas. Working on the sweets. That's my weakness. I don't really have a number goal in mind. Just want to tone up. Add muscle and lose fat. I've always been a big guy, so I'm not trying to get skinny. Just healthy.
