Bruh, If you want to realistic lose weight you have to stop eating fast food. There's a lot of empty calories and sodium in these foods. The sodium will make your body retain water and feel bigger on the scale.

I second this notion. ELIMINATE ALL FAST FOOD. shyt is overly processed garbage made with ingredients you can't even pronounce. You ever heard of azodicarbonamide? Yeah, I hadn't either. It's inside of ALL of Subway's bread. It's the same ingredient found in yoga mats; it's used to keep the bread elastic. If you ask me that shyt is fukking grossed. In April they said they'd stop using it but #1 I highly doubt they can get rid of all that bread from every location in less than 2 months #2 you have no idea what else is inside the bread and most importantly #3 shyt is waaaay to expensive and doesn't even taste that good.

There is NO good reason to ever eat fast foot when you are trying to cut weight. Your best bet is to grab a protein bar/shake or some almonds if you really have no other options. Processed food is the #1 killer and waster of money.

:damn: 20 lbs. In a week

Almonds, eggs, fish, protein shake, protein bars, turkey, chicken, veggies, water

Gym @ 7am (I get of work at 6)
Imma have to keep my workout clothes in the car so I don't be tempted to go to sleep
Gym opens at 10 am Saturday and 12 pm sunday

Set smaller objectives to meet longterm goals ...Imma work on this tonight since I'm off work

I got a question tho...I do need to learn about proper stretching before I snap some shyt up too.

Hey breh congrats on the weight loss, now you see what it takes. There's no perfect answer for stretching. There's been studies that show it actually makes your muscle weaker when stretch before you lift (hence why you might feel exhausted after doing a huge stretch in the morning). I always stretch in between sets and after my sets. But again you'll have to see what works for you.

I would post up a link but there are stretching articles for days on the web. Find a few that you like for your specific muscle groups. Don't get too crazy with putting your leg behind your head and shyt :russ:

You/He can also mimic the movements of your exercises that day with warm-up reps starting with the just the bar, lowest weight or body weight.

The best advice i can give for diet control is meal planning and prep.

Use MFP, figure out what you're going to eat the night before. Plan ahead so you aren't stuck with just fast food options.

Make stuff the day before or for the week. For breakfast/snacks, make overnight oats....limitless flavors, takes 2 min to prep.

For dinner, buy a slow cooker and make 5+ days worth of food. Portion it out and stick it in the fridge.

Don't make it harder on yourself than it needs to be

20 pounds in one week :wow:

Breh I went from eating enormous breakfast burritos every morning, maybe 2 0.99 cent fried chicken sandwiches for lunch, and big as portions for dinner damn near everyday.:damn: Sodas, Hawaiian Punch, the whole 9.

I hit that shyt hard cold turkey on some hell week shyt. 2 a days at the gym. Drank nothing but water. Protein shake for breakfast, protein shake for lunch, spinach & canned tuna for dinner, plus a strong ass fat burner. Some nuts & fruit in between meals if I was starving.

The way the initial weight came off was motivating as shyt.

:dahell: Breh I live on Subway's turkey breast sandwiches though. I use it as my weekend cheat meals most of the time. I live walking distance from a Subway and stay up in that bytch. I don't even consider that shyt fast food. Bread & fresh veggies. Besides the sodium in the cold cuts, I thought it was all good.

That was my initial routine when my motivation was on a 100 trillion. Also I played football my whole life from the age of 7, so I knew what it was to work hard and push myself.

I struggled with food & weight my whole life, but I will never go back to the:flabbynsick: lifestyle. I just turned 35, I'm too old to climb that mountain again.

Man it's marketed that way so you believe it is "healthy". Subway is about as healthy as McDonalds. I mean if it's working for you then that's cool. But you can make a sammich at home that's 10 times better and cheaper.
