OP keep using that my finess pal to easily track your intake but like The ADD said 1800 is way too low for you. I weigh 162 and am cutting at 2400 (different goals though)

If I were you I would go 2500. When you finally hit a plateau and lose less than a pound per week for 2 straight weeks, drop to 2000 (or increase your cardio instead and save the calorie drop for your next plateau). To hit 210 lbs you absolutely do not need to drop below 2000 calories, that just is making it harder on yourself mentally with very little extra benefit.

Went to the gym this morning when I got off work.

30 min. Elliptical
5×10 row machine 120lbs
5×10 military press machine 90lbs
5x10 curl machine 45lbs
10 min. Elliptical

This week im just feeling out the machines....by next week I should have a fleshed out workout schedule.

I wanna bench, squat, and deadlift but my nikkas aint gonna be consistent with working out...I really don't feel comfortable lifting like that without a spotter.

Work with weight ranges you can handle. Form is more important than anything starting out. Those movements will attack more muscle groups than machines.

You got this breh. I started way heavier then you and dropped to about 250 now. It's all about being consistent and if you mess up just hit it hard the next day

My opinion though: I would maybe do 10-15 minutes max cardio before lifting. No need to blow your best energy on cardio. Save it for after.

:obama: Glad to see u wanna lose that weight. Lay off all junk food, sweets and fast food. Watching what you eat will def speed up the process. Drink a lot of water. Stay in the gym and make sure to get that cardio in after weight lifting. Stay with that mindset and you should be good bruh.

Keep us posted :youngsabo:

Hot ass days in Louisiana? Start a plan for outdoor running as well. Maybe a morning jog, probably some sprints if you can get access to a track or flat field. Definitely a lot more fun than a treadmill. Also, you can mix up the cardio so you're not in a routine, like incorporating jump rope.

The toughest part is that it's a steady climb, and staying at it every week is the only way to making serious gains.
