Anyone ever made brisket before? I got some to cook on the bbq tomorrow but wanted to see if there were any good and somewhat easy recipes out there.
I just had some brisket from my go to bbq spot yesterday and I was highly disappointed. This the first time they've let me down in terms of quality. I think it's because I ordered so late (like 10 min before they closed) so I just got what's left.Anyone ever made brisket before? I'm mad late but burrata instead of mozz in the lasagna goddamn what a great ideaMade dinner for my dad, lasagna with fresh pasta (not sure I’d do that again, the noodles disintegrated other than around the edges, might be the one dish boxed pasta works better for), other than that, shyt was delicious, I used burrata instead of regular Mozzarella and it was and my strawberry cake
edit: also made a kale Caesar but don’t nobody care about salad lol

We dont really have/eat mutton in the states. Lamb, but not muttonI take it you've never had it before. 90% of curry goat from west indian restaurants are mutton and not goat.
