Garlic Spinach stuffed into rainbow trout and smoked over cherry wood with a side of cheesy sweet potato bake and fire roasted corn. These are one of the dishes I make for sale. This is a double platter.

@Caca-faat Do you marinade your chicken? All I do is meal prep boneless skinless breasts and they come out right, but when I reheat them the next day they be bland. All the flavor be gone:dahell: Think I need to hop in the marinating game.

Yeah, i always marinate bland ass chicken. I dont mess around with breast tho unless im roasting a whole bird.

Sounds like you should be checking out brining through, it marinates your meat and keeps it moist as the seasoning goes right into the meat. Check out the link below.
