I eat a lot of boneless skinless breasts. It takes a little longer but it’s worth it to wet brine them for 4-5 hours.Nah that ain't no ex, you keep that till death do you part.
@Caca-faat Do you marinade your chicken? All I do is meal prep boneless skinless breasts and they come out right, but when I reheat them the next day they be bland. All the flavor be gone Think I need to hop in the marinating game.
If I’m doing food prep. I’ll brine them in the morning. Then in mid afternoon pound them out flat so it’s all the same thickness. Then marinade until I’m ready to cook them that night for dinner, then have the rest as leftovers for the week.
As i said - takes a little longer but keeps the breasts juicy and flavorful even after reheating.
