It feels like a dumb idea because if you get MITB and you go for the new belt - is it because you are too afraid of Roman to go for his belt?
What about all the wrestlers "trapped" with Roman on his show who can't compete for a belt more than 3x a year (if that) when he agrees to show up? Will all the wrestlers just not want to be on a show with Roman with an absent champion where they can't get the top spot?
There's a lot of holes here that I don't think they've logically thought through.
The truth is they know they fukked up by giving him both belts but at the same time they like the idea of him holding them for a long reign BUT at the same time, they know they are capping the potential of their talent and have a lot of guys that are now wrestling each other for no reason because no one can even get a shot at Roman more than once or twice a year if ever...so...what's the point???
