I walk/run 4 miles every time I hit the gym with the incline set to 15. That's 5 days a week.Lol hell no
Edit: Well maybe not that routine. Sometimes I just run a quick mile after intense workout sessions, sometimes I don't at all.

I hit the treadmill after hitting the weights for an hour or so. Some start their workout on the treadmill but since I do so many miles I finish my workout on it.That's intense.

You guys really count calories? I just eat three balanced meals and stay away from soda and junk food.
