I'm confused, wouldn't that be 1400 if you burn 200 at the gym?Currently no more than 1600 on this cut. And it's awful. Do at least 200 cal of cardio at the gym so approx 1800 a day.

Same here. I've got toned and stronger, but for the last month I've been in the same weight range while certain areas of my body have bulked up.Ive been slacking on my food intake. I need to up it. Realistically im probably at 2000 a day. I need to hit 3000. Bout to go back to logging my food. Ive gotten more toned and stronger just no weight gain.
I might be the only person sick of eating 1,700 cals on a cut. I'm not hungry half the timeRoughly 1,600 daily and 2400 on my back load day. Averages out to 1,733 per day/weekly.
