How tall are you and what’s your current weight if I may ask.There's absolutely no way I could eat 3000 calories and lose weight. If I ate that much, no matter how much I workout, I will for sure gain a lot of weight. I workout heavy 5 days a week, and probably stick to around 2000 or so to maintain. I can go to 1700-1800ish to try to lose some. But anything north of 2000 and I'm gaining that shyt.
