How many calories do you eat a day?

A fleeting childhood
According to calorie counter, it’s 1800 to cut and 2800 to maintain weight. Right now I’m south of 1800 on the first few days of really watching what I eat. Don’t feel lethargic or anything like that. I’m averaging about 400 calories burnt via cardio/lifting

There's absolutely no way I could eat 3000 calories and lose weight. If I ate that much, no matter how much I workout, I will for sure gain a lot of weight. I workout heavy 5 days a week, and probably stick to around 2000 or so to maintain. I can go to 1700-1800ish to try to lose some. But anything north of 2000 and I'm gaining that shyt.
