is that by choice? you have low appetite or what is it?

It really might be low appetite at this point...im trying to eat a bigger breakfast...when i get home i try to stuff the smoothies as much as possible wit eggs etc to make up for shyt...
I might have to start buying cashews etc to snack on throughout the day

yeah I was struggling with snacking because most snacks that people like are unhealthy and was trying to stay away from those

get some plain low fat yogurts if you can, some dried fruits (the less sugar the better), some nuts, maybe even dark chocolate if you like it and you'll have plenty of snacks to keep you full throughout the day

the more protein you eat as well, the more full you feel throughout the day as well so you require less calories to sustain yourself and feel ok

idk if you like tuna and sardines or smoked salmon and that stuff

Not enough...I eat probably 1500-1800 calories a day most of the time, when I am making a conscious effort to add weight I will eat roughly about 2000-2500 though but I should be shooting for more calories on a daily basis.

Hitting 3000 calories a day is difficult, especially since I can't cook every meal, I'm probably barely hitting 2200 :mjcry:
4 eggs w/ bacon, three slices of wheat toast, and peanut butter + two glasses of high pulp orange juice for breakfast or three packs of oatmeal, three slices of wheat toast w/ peanut butter and OJ, then Piada or Chipotle bowls or whatever's close by for lunch, then dinner is whatever my mother makes, which could be anything from spaghetti to pork chops.
I'll eat granola and oats for snacks, as well as pistachios, but I'm fighting a losing battle for weight gain here.
I'm like 5'8" 130 again :wow:
I may have to start making high-calorie smoothies again, which is a lot of clean-up and lot of work.
Kale + banana +strawberry + soy milk + almonds + blueberries, can probably help me reach my daily goals.

add flax seed oil, coconut oil and oats to that smoothie... the weight will come.
