It really might be low appetite at this point...im trying to eat a bigger breakfast...when i get home i try to stuff the smoothies as much as possible wit eggs etc to make up for shyt...
I might have to start buying cashews etc to snack on throughout the day

add flax seed oil, coconut oil and oats to that smoothie... the weight will come.Hitting 3000 calories a day is difficult, especially since I can't cook every meal, I'm probably barely hitting 2200
4 eggs w/ bacon, three slices of wheat toast, and peanut butter + two glasses of high pulp orange juice for breakfast or three packs of oatmeal, three slices of wheat toast w/ peanut butter and OJ, then Piada or Chipotle bowls or whatever's close by for lunch, then dinner is whatever my mother makes, which could be anything from spaghetti to pork chops.
I'll eat granola and oats for snacks, as well as pistachios, but I'm fighting a losing battle for weight gain here.
I'm like 5'8" 130 again
I may have to start making high-calorie smoothies again, which is a lot of clean-up and lot of work.
Kale + banana +strawberry + soy milk + almonds + blueberries, can probably help me reach my daily goals.
