Not enough...I eat probably 1500-1800 calories a day most of the time, when I am making a conscious effort to add weight I will eat roughly about 2000-2500 though but I should be shooting for more calories on a daily basis.
This is exactly where I'm at. I never eat lunch.

Don't see how my body could take 2,500-3,000 calories per day. Once I get near 2,000 I feel like a lard ass. I'm usually in the 1,700-1,800 or so range per day. When I was trying to lose some pounds last year, I tried to keep it around 1,500.

2,500-3000 with carbs is cake. Try 3,000 with less than 30g of net carbs and report back

i'm on a cut right now and get around 1900-2100 and it's hard for me on weekdays because of work. i usually have a small lunch (~400 calories) and some cheese and celery for a snack (~300 calories) so by dinner time i'm eating over 1k of calories and it's tough.

Can't do it breh. I burn so much from exercising I seriously doubt I could sustain my gains by consuming under 1500 calories a day.

Though I'm probably much heavier than you at 5'11" 206 lbs. I used to be 283 lbs 4 years ago.
How much do you burn via cardio at the gym?

If I do my usual steady pace cardio on the treadmill it takes me roughly 30 minutes to run 4 miles. At the end the default setter says that I burn 476 calories just from that, though that's probably a low estimate given my size.

Then a lot of times I come back later that day to do my weight lifting for an hour and a half. That's the schedule tomorrow in fact, cardio in the morning then chest/tri day in the evening.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
I'm currently eating around 2500 a day on training days and about 1800 on my one day off.
I was at 2000 - 2500 for a few weeks.

Got up to about 156 before I had to travel to DR for a family emergency...

I just got back and I weigh 151 but I really feel great.

Going forward I'll gonna eat between 1800 - 2200 just to maintain weight and continue to build muscle
