Been hitting 3200 calories almost every day.

Gonna replace some foods for my bulk to increase my cals and drop the sugar intake.

Plantain chips have been serving me well. 410 cals per bag.

:lawd:

GOAT snack.

So. Cal
I wish I could cut eating 2100 calories without cardio. I just did 65 minutes on the treadmill today and I'm only eating 2100 calories today.

I only do cardio once a week and its usually a sport of some type.

Id die doing everyone elses routine while eating only 2100 calories :dead:

I eat what I want but reduce carbs to not gain too much excess water weight.

As long as you consume under 3,000 calories on a daily basis and you are active you will lose weight regardless. It's basic physics.

Nah. Most people consuming anywhere near 3000 calories are going to gain weight unless they're either super tall, obese, or a teenager.

I mean if you're like 6'6 and super active sure, but most people would have to consume under 2000 to lose weight.

Exactly, you're right to some degree but it all boils down to calorie expenditure in relation to your BMI.

This is basic physics and it is not up for debate as scientific studies have been conducted for centuries. Do you think people in ancient times didn't understand that eating too much makes you fat no matter what size you are. That's why you consume food/calories in proportion to your body frame otherwise you'll induce health complications.

Think about it, if you're consuming more calories than you can expend then you will find it evidently difficult to shed fat/water weight. That's common sense. You wouldn't feed a baby what you'd feed to an adult would you?

The people who gain weight consuming just 2000 calories are not active people. If I ate 2000-2500 calories I'd look like 50 Cent in, 'All Things Fall Apart'.

I sit in an office all day for 5 days a week, reduce my carb intake and half arse it at the gym for 3-4 days a week consuming almost 3000 calories on my active days which is most days in the week and I manage to lose weight just fine.

I agree, it's mostly calories in/calories out but I'm just saying most people would have to eat way less than 3000/day to lose weight.

I'm guessing you're already a fairly big/tall dude (pause) to be able to eat that and not gain.

Personally I'm 5'9 and around 165-170 (not sure exactly) and I know if I ate much more than 2000 I'd gain weight regardless of gym.

I'm 6'1 but I have a lot of muscle mass so I burn through calories like a teenager. I guess that's a perk but it's not one I want as I need to get my BMI down.

I'm not even in there for more than 45 minutes either. I see people in the gym moving so slow exerting no energy lol.

It all depends I suppose.
