Reggie Miller and the Pacers faced the Bulls ONCE in the playoffs. :camby:
Yeah you so worried about criticizing me you made my point for me. He had a finals apperance in 2000 and probably would have in 98 also hence the word multiple lol.

And in 2000, he wasnt even the leader of that squad. It was Jalen Rose who was the leagues MIP. The Pacers FINALLY found a player in Jalen who could create his own shot. Maybe if Reggie had that ability in his one dimensional arsenal, the Pacers would have seen a finals appearance in the 90s. :camby:

Hawks tried to use Kyle like Reggie but Reggie off the ball ability was next level elite like Steph's. Reggie was fast without the ball, that and his stamina was monstrous as well. That's why my comparison for Steph was Reggie Miller with some PG skills. Crazy is Steph became so much greater than that in the NBA. A testament to his drive and work ethic
Steve Nash+Reggie Miller=Steph Curry

:manny:

Korver is also next level off the ball, he’s quick off them screens, tugs, pushes, and pulls, dudes conditioning is crazy heard he runs under water in the offseason, All-Time shooter. I feel like he could have done more in his career probably been an 18 point scorer in his prime but no team gave him a large enough role probably because of his defense. JJ Redikk been allowed to have a larger role later in his career and has flourished.

How highly do people think Reggie gets rated to call him overrated :dwillhuh:
Son is in the HoF as a 5x All-Star and 3x All-NBA Third Team.

I’ve seen people put him in their top 50’s. Miller very overrated because of his charisma and clutch moments that became part of the culture and lore of 90’s NBA. He was a very good player, but that’s it.

Steph more like a combo of Tim Hardaway and Reggie Miller with more range

I watched damn near every Hawk game with Kyle. No Way is he near Miller or Curry off the ball. Those guys are lighting fast and agile as fukk.

TYRONE GA!
He wasnt a “great.” “Greats” at least get in the top 10 of the MVP voting for a season. He was a good player who played in the league at its most watched on a team that orbited the best player in the world.

He wasn’t half the player Mitch Richmond was.

Thank you

I got Nash because of shooting ability, similar size at 6’3, and insane core strength that allows them be elite finishers at the rim despite being below the rim players.

I don’t really see Hardaway :patrice:

He was the father of Ray Allen and Steph Curry's style. He was good but clearly a step behind Jordan. He was in the same category as Barkley, Gary Payton, Drexler, etc. The Pacers just didn't have enough firepower to match the Bulls and they definitely had no answer for Shaq. Had he had more help he could have won a ring or two. The eras were different so nikkas weren't ring chasing and creating superteams but, giving it some thought, Reggie would've been a good addition to the Spurs. Him and D-Rob would've been a good combo, and once Timmy came it would've been over.

Korver has made a career off being an off-ball shooter. My argument isn't that he's near Miller or Curry, but that he's fairly elite himself and was probably deserving of a more featured role in an offense at some point in his career. :manny:
