You don't get stronger doing the same shyt every week holmes. @ dude thinking we'd believe this shyt. You will not get stronger with a 5x5 strong lift 5 set regime without switching it up via weights/reps/exercises
Im starting 5x5 jn July just as a basic strength routine.
Im a woman, I'm just using 20lb dumbbells. I just like the ease of the routine and the exercises involved.Then start on this after you can squat 425, bench 225, deadlift 325.
