That man had hits. nikkas in here trying to make it seem like they uncovering label secrets when all they doing is explaining how a label is supposed to push an artist :mjtf:

white Iverson was the start but “congratulations” put him in another stratosphere and he didn’t look back. Now he got multiple songs that’s gone diamond :dahell:
It's just remarkable, because the hits themselves are so bland, derivative, and uninspired - the hold he has over late millennials/early gen z is unbelievable.

This dude was wearing booty shorts shaking his ass and failing at his techno country music, was advised to sit in front of YouTube and study rap and general (dated) black aesthetic, popped off a very successful hit song, dissed rap and went back to making his previous genre of music, failed AGAIN, was allowed to come back and basically blow up in hip hop even more than before, and finally settled into his genre blending stuff. Hip hop is so accepting despite the people in it not actually liking and respecting it. Cant 100% blame him that. The consumers are to blame as well.

every thread some nikka will give a basic overhead description of the music business and where money goes and folk are like “ :ohhh: the machine…”
nikkas on here really think some of they favorite artists ever just randomly blew up like they was independent or something

he ain’t do ish to me…I stopped listening to white “rappers” over a decade ago…

too much “using” the culture for me, so it’s an INSTANT ignore soon as I hear or see them.
Eff em, we got enough brothas that can spit, no need to let ungrateful cacs come in and profit off the culture then turn their backs after they gain the fame (Miley, Post, Iggy, etc) eff em all

Record labels fueled his come up. Especially the artists who made music with him. Thank god I never listened to his trash.

the internet
the reality of life is...

...nobody cares

I dont care how many protest you go to...
...how many Trump hats you wear...

...what people really care about is being a part of a group.

Post Malone is popular...so he will get a pass...
...its that simple.

Iggy was getting cold so it was easy to crack jokes on her...
...nothing personal

I fukked with his first album off white Iverson, it had some songs I liked. But the more interviews I saw about him turning to rap because he failed in country the more I saw how much of a vulture he was. Haven’t listened to him since, no clue how many albums deep he is now, but if rappers keep working with him and white kids keep buying it, then he’ll be around for a min
