Also since you are posting half naked/shirtless pics because you are obviously proud of your body, try some photoshoots out and model.
The more well versed you are, the better.
Stars appeal to EVERYONE and can do more than 1 or 2 things.
The modeling can grasp people's eye and generate traffic for your music.
You need to grab people's attention.

There's this guy on ig who does like weekly selfie challenges (he does personal photoshoots with guys and makes them into models, gets them 1000s of followers in short periods of time and they are everywhere on social media): @marvinbienaime

Tag him in your selfies and look at his page for when he's doing the self challenges. Tag your BEST selfie.

To get even more specific, I think with instagram presentation is so important so the aesthetic of an artist is important.
Clothes, hair, jewelry, having style.

Most of instagram is AESTHETIC based: That's why most women appeal to the opposite since even if they are lesbians (They are trying to still get male followers) selling sex. Same for the gay men who do the shirtless pics trying to look straight. APPEALING is important. You can't limit who you appeal to...It's hair, body, clothes, flashy shyt, art.

Also a suggestion for the OP: Post some things about what's going on socially in the Black Community, Black history stuff.
It will show you have some depth.
Even when guys follow women strictly based on looks/ass, they get bored by just seeing that all the time.
DEPTH is important.

I just looked at your instagram...
You have a lot of redundant type of selfies (that basically look the same) lol|
Same with the videos (going by screencaps). Folks won't want to click on those 10 videos that look exactly the same.
and you should post some art in between them.
Take down those pics of weed. It's not cute.
