it's a question of creativity

they could do a lot with cyborg

as i said way back the connection to the mother.box is a justification for him being a heavy hitter

& they could redesign son to basically be a techno.organic being with all his cells & molecules being constantly evolving nanites

he doesn't have to be some tin man throwback

he can be a prototypical hero is appearance with a full character arc easily

There's a lot of potential in Cyborg just as @^c^tXwn^° said creativity isn't put into him as much as other characters. Despite being a Justice League member he doesn't get nearly development that the big 3 get much less Hal Jordan Green Lantern or Flash
