You guys have gone overboard with the Demar hate and it’s getting corny. You don’t score the amount of points he did while being a bum or garbage . Comparing him to guys like Harrison Barnes and Danny Granger just shows how corny and goofy it has gotten.

If we gonna keep it a stack it’s Tracy Mcgrady, but nikkas was in high school when he was running around not doing shyt so he gets a pass.

T-Mac
Vince Carter
Carmelo
Mitch Richmond

All are in that same boat

This is what happens when people just look at postseason results without context.

Derozan's teams were advancing in series where he averaged 18 points on 32% shooting lol.

He was never a star, just the main scorer on above-average teams that were never contenders.

He's a great example of how stats don't ever tell the whole story.

Derozan was never a star.
He was a max player, a very good player but not a superstar.
That isn't a slight, thats like Kevin Johnson

Id take Derozan over somebody like PG any day. :yeshrug:

:mjlol:

That's disrespectful to PG. He on a complete different level. Takin DeMar over him say you don't value or factor defense at all. PG in his prime was one of the best defensive wings in the NBA. DeMar one of the worst.

shyt PG took em to game 7 wit George Hill, :flabbynsick: Monta Ellis, Ian Mahimi, Rodney Stuckey and Solomon Hill and he ain't have a Lowry

PG: 27/8/4/2 on 45/42/95 shootin
DeMar: 18/4/3 on 32/17/87 shootin

:deadrose: that how it always looked like when DeMar was in a series against a actual star. nikkas try to make it just a LeBron thing nah that nikka was gettin bodied and playin like a G Leaguer against any star they was seein in playoff. Sayin DeMar over PG is a :trash::camby:take

He def wasn't a superstar but I don't think he was even a real all star. KJ wasn't a superstar but he was a real star. He was way better than DeMar. Not even in same level. KJ was a borderline MVP candidate at his best (finished as high as 6) and a top 15-20 PG of all time. He balled out in playoff too he was a playoff performer that raised his level unlike DeMar who shyt his pants every time. If it wasn't for weird cases/allegations he'd be easy HOF.

Yeah I was thinking about this KJ is quite a bit better.
Maybe Micheal Redd with a midrange

damn, I enjoyed Demar in Chicago. didnt realize people had such strong negative feelings about him

we all know about his game, but one thing that I appreciated from him, he was great with the younger guys on the roster and made it a point to be a mentor to them

Insult to AD. He was a multiple time scoring champ and the leading scorer on a team that lost in Game 7 of the NBA Finals
Not really. They are very similar. Demar may not have the scoring titles but he does have seasons of 27+ ppg vs 30ppg for Dantley in the inflated 80s. That pistons team that was better without him and won the title next year? Just like Toronto with Demar?
