Well my friend, who is a Sound engineer and IT guy relayed this info and reading materials to me, and he first heard it from a professor who taught him :manny:.. It made since when he explained it... If we are worried about cell phones, then we should be equally worried about getting testicular cancer from our laptop with wireless internet resting on our lap...

that nicca who explained to you that sh1t must be dumb azz fuq rofl. the antenna of a laptop is high up on the screen away from the body. and we don't use/carry laptops as much as we do phones.
and you shouldn't be having your phone on the same spot all the time. switch it up from pocket to pocket. or better yet get a man purse.
females who put cell phones at their breasts greatly increase the chance of having breast cancer.

a lot of these technologies are just rushed to the market because corporations just have their way.

You have to have a balanced diet. Too much meat means you're not getting enough fiber which will lead to cancer. Not enough protein and too much carbs will likely lead to diabetes, obesity, and yes...cancer.

You have to have a balanced diet along with some kind of exercise....play ball, practice a martial art, practice yoga...do SOMETHING.

They keep coming up with complicated ass reports and research that the average reader won't understand anyways, and furthermore already tells us shyt we already know.

A pass for those who can't afford to go to a doctor for a yearly checkup, or who's schools didn't have a Health class or PE class in the 4 years of high school. Everyone else by age 18 should know this.

Damn man, seems like you just can't win when it comes to diet. :mindblown:

High carb diet = Obesity/diabetes
High fat diet = High cholesterol/heart disease
High protein diet = Cancer

Seems like no matter what you eat, it's bad for you. :manny:
This has been known for a few years. The secret is eating all those things in proper portions together, and eating foods whole as possible. This way what isnt used by the body is shytted out.

True but it goes deeper then fiber, protein keeps certain genes from turning off and when you eat too much protein and do it all day and night, things turn into tumors because you never allow the gene to turn off and therefore will have more mutations then someone who eats.less protein. Most of your protein should be eaten in the day and it shod be prepared with very little degradation like baking, boiling, or steaming. If you do fry or grill using spices and things like scallions or cranberry help keep the degradation from being harmful. Also drinking fruit juice and eatingbfoods with a lotbof spices and herbs will help protect your dna from creating mutatikns when eating degraded.protein or even carbs from high temperature cooking.

It's easy for people to say "I try to just stay away from the meats and _____ proteins and eat gains" if they don't workout and don't care about their physique. What do you say to someone who does?

Having a good physique with limited protein intake is practically impossible. I'm a vegetarian(pescatarian technically since I still eat fish about once a week), so it's not a huge worry for me, but I still eat lots of yogurt and cottage cheese. Huge protein sources for me.

Not for me. I eat different beans or peas daily with rice. Its easy to get enough protein and do strenuous workouts. The problem is a lot of people dont know how to cook. Now, if you want to be huge like the old Arnold schwarzenager, then yeah, you will need to eat meat but even then you can get powders. people forget fat and carbs are your energy sources. Protein is used to build the body. The more carbs and fat you eat, the less protein you need.

How many grams of protein is recommended for you? And whats your daily diet look like going about it?

I'd love to toss fish in the bushes eventually too and just stick with yogurt, beans, cheeses, peas, quinoa, etc for protein.

I get about 60-80 grams a day depending on if eat a lot of nuts or seeds. I eat 8 ounces of some type of bean or pea with around 7 ounces of dry rice in the daytime after I do my workout of weight lifting then cardio. At night I eat just some type of carb with a leafy green vegetable. For instance last night I had sauted cabbage with some pasta.

For snacks in the middle of the day I eat some type of seed with some dried fruit to keep my metabolism high. At night I just eat some type of nut to keep my immune system strong since it contains a lot of monounsaturated fat and protein which helps build up the immune system since sleeptime is when your bidy repairs itself.

Depends on what you want your body to look like... will you live tho? Yes

Doesn't make sense that our bodies would be able to look muscular and beastly if eating the proteins to get that way lead to cancer. It has to be something else. Either the studies aren't looking into all the factors or something is off.

Maybe a lot of the people who eat tons of meat don't balance it with tons of grain, fruit, vegetables, nuts, etc.

word, just make me consider how absurd that statement is:
kwashiorkor, and marasmus are two protein deficiencies that are slaughtering third world nations. People across the world can their hands on readily available carbs, but not sufficient enough sources of protein...
