Hoping someone chimes in with ways to deal with this (something to eat/drink/do to help keep the stomach calm). Would make the experience orders of magnitudes better.

Hard to fully enjoy it with that threat lingering.

IANAL, but my impression is it’s a big risk but extremely unlikely you’d actually get caught. It’s like traveling with weed. I do it all the time, all around the world, but theoretically I could get Griner’d.
