You don’t want to wait until the very end to go for 2. You go for it as early as you can do you can plan accordingly for the rest of the 4th quarter to know how many points you need and how much time is left. It makes sense to go for 2 there. Mike does a lot of dumb shyt but that’s not one of them.

Yall are really wanting to make this a Zeke vs Dak thing? Zeke needs to play better too. But Zeke is playing through a knee injury. Dak has said he's 100% healthy. If he said he was dealing with that calf still, then I would give him the same leeway I'm giving Zeke b/c I have had a similar injury. The other thing is the money - Dak is making 7.5x what Zeke is this season. $75M versus $10M.

Sucks for Gallup with the ACL as me and my boy was debating if Jerry would try to keep him or not. I said he would cause his number wouldn't be as much as before he suffered the earlier injury this season. But now I think we will move on from him and a team will give him an incentive laden deal for a year or two. Being that it's January it's more than possible that he is ready to play around October or November too. I just hope it works out for him as he is an excellent number 2 receiver when he is on the field.
