I totally agree.. i know ton of blacks from cali who move to texas mostly the dallas area.. cheap housing and the since of black culture

living in in north texas wichita falls area really turned me off to that state. ft worth dallas area was ok though.

for what its worth, i lived in san antonio for 2 years, its definitely cheaper cost of living than austin, plus only an hour n a half away.

What's the best area to buy a house? I'm looking at a couple of spots in Converse, a couple by Ft Sam and Lackland
