Barbell Squats - Felt like you weren't a man if you didn't bb squat, but going heavy on these is a health risk I can't afford anymore. Cool with alternatives like BB lunges and hack squats

Milk for bulking - trash ass calories. Used to like it because it's easy and cheap. But milk is filled with a shytload of hormones, antibiotics, & pesticides and leaves my skin looking like shyt

  • No creatine- when I first started lifting and I didn't know shyt about diet I tried creatine while I was getting fat and thought that was the cause. Again fast forward to now and I think it's helped a lot, especially for muscle retention in my cut
Creatine increases your ATP stores to retain more fluid in your muscles. Essentially, you retain more water and bodily fluids in your muscles not more muscle tissue fibre which is only achieved through resistance training.

i was drinking pre workout everytime before i worked out. My bladder got fukked up and I built tolerance to that shyt. I only drink it now when I barely eaten all day and I want to do a 3 mile run.

:ufdup:That pre-workout shyt was giving me insomnia and heart palpitations when I sleep. :picard::damn:

I felt like my heart was going to explode outta my fukking chest.:francis::scust: No joke, and those side-effects would last 3-4 days without taking another dose of the shyt.

I'm fine with just food and water before and after the gym and it didn't add nothing to my workout either.:patrice:

Now I focus on the amount of sleep and the timing of my meals to give me energy especially overnight oats do it for me. Mix some natural zero calorie Greek yogurt in that bytch, pour up some coconut milk, drop a lil frozen blueberries, sprinkle some white chocolate chips (I know! but it makes it taste a million times better) and a zero calorie sugar then mix in the motherfukking premium jumbo oats:blessed:.
