Aight, which smoker people have? I usually just smoke on the grill but it requires more effort than a smoker. I think I need to invest in one.
Have a Traeger Pro 34. Had it for about a year now and ill never go back to charcoal and making sure I keep the temp at the right temperature.

I am on overkill with the grills/smokers - my wife thinks i am addicted :russ:

I have a Phoenix gas grill ( the company i work for had a steep discount with them, they stopped right after covid)
a traeger wood pellet grill/smoker
A masterbuilt wood chip smoker
A masterbuilt Electric Pellet smoker (got it from work as an anniversary present)
and recently bought a Ninja woodfire grill/pellet smoker combo

for convenience - I have been using the ninja woodfire lately, and i like it.
it does cook a little faster and you get a semi smoke ring but it does flavor the food quite well.
Its never gonna replace a true smoker, but for theease of use and the easy cleanup, i am not gonna compain.

I also inject , have bluetooth thermometers and cook to temp (ALWAYS)

gonna smoke this saturday for our meal prep for the next few weeks
Chicken Breasts
Chicken thighs
Tilapia
Veggies Squash - zucchinis, peppers, corn on the cob
and some Steaks or Pork chops for dinner Saturday night
I have apple, cherry, charcoal, Hickory & Alder pellets to Experiment with.

I am on call and will be trapped at the house anyway, might as well do something productive.

I slow smoked a 10 lb shoulder to make some Pulled pork a few weeks ago and it was flamez.

You wild. I have a gas grill, and a small charcoal grill - the generic Weber. Thought I’d be doing too much by adding a smoker but you got like 5 lol

I have a Weber Smokey Mountain and a vertical Pit Boss pellet smoker. The food tastes a lot better on the WSM but the pellet smoker is so easy to use and has way more capacity.

Got the Copper River Salmon flying in from Seattle today.
copper-river-salmon-held-by-associate-horizontal_2879x1920.JPEG

Gonna get some Filets for Mom and dad. Lil neph wants burgers, and gonna toss some brats on.

For veggies, prolly some asparagus, corn, and I'm gonna toss a pineapple on the grill for a sweet treat :ohlawd:
