Anyone use propane? Thinking about switching mainly due to hating the clean up with charcoal.
I use to use propane for the same reason you stated. It’s quick to get up to temp to start cooking. However, if you’re not using a smoke box, then your pretty much are just cooking like you would on the stove, just with grill marks. Not all charcoal grills are hard to clean. I always use Worcestershire sauce when I make my patties. Pretty much the only reason I have a bottle of it lol.Definitely easier. Don't taste as good. I'm personally using a propane flat top grill for smash burgers and grilling onions.
Anybody put Worchire sauce on their burgers??
