Grill. I have zero experience but definitely trying to add it to my food repertoire
A charcoal grill is more forgiving on cooks than gas grills. However if you get a cheap grill and may be hard to clean out the ash without a shop vac. Definitely keep that in mind if you look at a charcoal grill

I was thinking a weber premium for $220 do you think that would be hard to clean?

If you are talking the kettle then no. The bottom ash pot comes off and you dump it and it has a scraper that's attached that sweeps the inside. Id get a cover for it. If you do you'll be able to pass it on to your kids.

I have a kettle and a Weber smokey mountain.

I agree with @Wildin said. If there is an ash pan/pot/keeper, whatever the brand calls it, then cleaning up is easy and should take a couple minutes. For the grills that don’t have one, I wouldn’t even consider them. Obviously if you go gas, you won’t have that problem.

Plan on grilling some ribeyes on the eggs this weekend.

Thinking about reverse searing and trying out the Kinders Buttery Steakhouse…I’m usually a McCormick Montreal man
I always do reverse searing with steaks. It's especially good for thicker cuts. Pretty much guarantees you're steak will be finished at whatever your temperature preference is without burning it.

Testing out the ninja woodfire grill today.
Smoked some chicken thighs and grilled some breasts with smoke earlier for salads next week.

On hour 2 of slow smoking some baby back ribs. Store bought rub. Got some homemade in the fridge but want to try something different.
Will grill some veggies later.
