if you a owner operator with your own truck and trailer and your running under some1 elses authority or your own authority,
you can probaly gross near $200,000 in a year, but everything is comming out of your pocket, fuel, repair, insurance, registration, permits, truck and trailer notes, quarter taxes,tickets/citations,tolls,Lumper Fees, etc etc.....
as a company driver yea.....
as a owner operator i grossed over $100,000 from May - December.....
Just passed my test Saturday, I'm hype
Studied for a month for this shyt
I sacrificed so much. Went to a different state to go to school for it. Even stopped watching my precious basketball so I could study more
That backing test was a bytch though
Road test was just me not being nervous
All the job opportunities I can have with this shyt. Over the road, Local, Dump Truck, Oil Fields, etc.
Dap and rep me brehs
me i started as a company driver 3 years 9 months.....and saved up a downpayment for a truck and had help getting the trailer and became a owner operator....
I always thought trucks came with the trailer, no?
I know it harder than getting a regular license & the opprotunites have opened doors to have expanded so much!
nah trailer is seperate.....I always thought trucks came with the trailer, no?
My dad wants to get his again. I'll let him know thisIf ya'll are interested, the easiest way to get a CDL is through company sponsored training. Like Greyhound, Trailways, Coach USA, Swift, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, etc.
