I was in a similar situation. Once that tire busts you got to go into beast mode no matter how drunk you were. I did the same thing busted a tire. I was on the side of the road drunk as fukk in a t shirt, in a rain storm changing that bytch. Got it done and made it home frozen

Second time I've heard of this....how can cops say you were driving under the influence while the vehicle was off and you weren't on the road. I can see where they are going with it but I don't see how they can arrive. They didn't catch you driving. I don't drive drunk ever so I guess someone can help me regarding the laws. If you aren't operating the vehicle in their presence how in the devil are you driving under the influence. Hell you should be commended for getting off the road. Is there parts missing from this story?

You blew over the limit.

Mandatory suspension of your license for two years.
You're looking at a $1500-$2000 fine.

Depending on the judge and severity, you could be ordered to also:

Jail for a week going all the way up to six months.
Get an interlock device
Pay an annual 2k surcharge for three years on your license.
Take an dui intervention class that you'd have to pay for.

Yikes! I'm glad I don't drink in public like that. Im in the process of getting a CDL shyt like this can kill a man's career.
