Got hit with a DUI last night. What do I do now?

Yeah, I've heard you gotta do some wild shyt like put the keys underneath your car or in the trunk. Basically show you had no intentions of driving at all.

Bro's who have caught a DUI, what do I do now? Obviously i want to avoid a major license suspension or having to have a breathalyzer on my car to drive.

Also, will hiring my own lawyer instead of a Public defender even help?

Worst case, no breath test starter and L's used for work only.

I had a got a speeding AND dui.

Cops dropped speeding..gave me the DUI...

Spent 6 EXTRA hours in holding to dry me out...bytch asses..I was only .09..the limit was point .08

So I really wasnt drunk..cops just failed me anyhow when I did the road test.

Me, i didnt give a fukk..L's was suspended for 2 years.

In that time..got a car towed once...thats about it.

You gotta soldier through OP, I caught a DUI in college and basically had to work it off. Very expensive. My lawyer saved me from having to jump through hurdles with the court, but definitely didn't get me off. I blew 2X the legal limit too...

Be sure to know exactly what the charges are, the penalty and keep ALL of your legal papers. Get it expunged after awhile. shyt is dark now, but you'll bounce back.

Damn....I chilled way out off the drunk driving last year. It's too much stuff that can go wrong...wreck, cops pull you over, dui checkpoint, etc. Driving high is a different story. I like riding blowed. Depending on what story the cops got from you, you might have a case to fight. Hopefully they limit your license at the most. Either way it go down prepare yourself for some harsh punishment. DUI's is no joke. Uber it or get a ride next time bruh.

Just get a good lawyer and you will be surprise what you can do. I caught a DUI a couple years ago. BAC was twice the limit and going 30 mph over the speed limit.
Kept it off my record, no insurance raise, no suspended license, no points on my license at all, and got the speeding dropped.
