I don't know anything about taking legal actions but I know you're gonna have your shyt suspended, have to go to driving school for X amount of hours (a lot). And then you might have to get the breathalyzer installed in your whip which you gotta pay for. This is what one of my best friends had to go through.

This is what I'm thinking too @afrobotix , I don't have much money at this point. At least not to throw at a great lawyer. My thing tho @Ed MOTHERfukkING G is that I don't know if the car was on or off. Think that matters? I do know one thing, they did not pull me over while driving. I obviously blacked out, but was told I was found in the car "passed out". I refused the initial tests like walking and dumb shyt they try to catch you on. When i was getting booked, I only blew cuz I second guessed not blowing. They started spewing bullshyt out that I was basically gonn abe fukked if I didn't.

Unable to really deal since I was lit af, I ended up doing it. .15. So basically I'm automatically fukked off GP for being .15 or over, which means Ill have to instal a breath test in my car for am unknown period of time.

They have to prove that the keys were jn the ignition and you were in the drivers seat. They have to prove that you were operating your vehicle by legal definition...in reality, your car wasnt even operable; it had a blown tire.

I'm not, it's really just a dumb choice I made. I usually drive with someone else in the car with me. I also drive for uber or should I say drove. 15 miles out here would be $60

How is he handling it? I got arrested 5 years ago for poss. of a small amount of marijuana, and that shyt sucked. Had over a year of probation, Community service, and AA meetings to attend.

And lets think about what they know. Or specifically...what YOU know they know

• You were intoxicated
• You were in a car
• That car had a blown tire
• You were PASSED OUT in that car

They claim keys were in the ignition. In most states you always have to be behind the drivers side. Also, the car might have been operating but lets not assume this because you didnt get in an accident.

This is one of the few dui cases worth fighting

I'm a drunk driving champion so I don't know how to help in your situation. Us champions don't have dui's. Haven't done it in years but drove over 15 miles in fog while following one car with one eye closed the whole time awhile back. No memory of the second half of the drive but my prep talk up to the blackout point was on some Rocky pre fight type shyt. If you're falling asleep in parking lots before reaching the destination...You weren't built for that life my friend.

Depends on the state you in and the county in the state. What state are you in? Different states treat duis differently. Some don't care and will allow you to make a deal for a lesser charge(wet reckless) while others won't allow a deal if you blow over the legal limit. Regardless get your own lawyer but don't break the bank. If you lawyer up you're more likely able to get a lesser charge or a minimum sentence. Note this is advice is only good if this is your first criminal offense. If you got a record they may try to throw the book at you .
