I'm stationed out here in the DMV as well, I can promise you that when ANYTHING kicks off...we see them all retreat to their hidey holes.
When 9/11 happened I was stationed at WRAMC and watching the news coverage. I decided to walk from Bldg-2 over to Bldg-one and take the tunnel...Nope.
Armed soldiers blocking entry to the tunnel and also stationed at the point where the Bldg-2 lobby meets the Pharmacy. Couldnt get in or out...
The Top Brass over in Bldg-one were escorted by armed security thru the tunnel to their "Transport Vehicles" and taken out the back way off WRAMC to an offsite location....still don't know where they took em, but I suspect Camp David.

Not 15 minutes later...the Pentagon was hit.
We lost LTC Wagner that day.
I would have served under that wonderful woman til the day I died...but the enemy took her from us.

But yea i been thinking about this for a while. Also want to stock up on supplies now while its still easy to get these things. They already look at you funny now if you start stock piling these sorts of things.....

Not legal in my city. Trust me. My bro and I looked. I keep tactical swords and machetes but Long range can help. Even slingshot are banned here.

If shyt does hit the fan then go north, everyone else will be trying to go south. I'm talking Alaska or far Northern Canada north. If you look at a map of far N.Canada it looks like some of the most inhospitable lands on Earth. It's definitely some of the hardest living on Earth, but it's also probably the safest and most guaranteed fewest people to fukk with you, Also less likely to get that yellowstone/nuclear fallout up there, i mean it's still going to probably touch up there but the effects will be a lot less i imagine. You better have all the right prep and gear to live up there though. This is my plan anyway, shyt aint for everybody.
