no one person can do it all at once. but you need at least one in a leadership role to change the direction of the ship. you get a legit dude like that in office and you mess around and get a different crop of people that are legit running for office vs status quo. now you have something to work with. you can make status quo either lose their seats or remember why they were put there...for the people by the people.
but you first much make a solid chose for at least one crucial person that you believe is hell bent on changing it for the good. remember people swore we would never have a different system after hillary couldnt get single payer thru. bam here comes obama care years later. its doable. sometimes you need a spark. maybe it wont happen during his tenure but before i leave this earth we could see it.

GET INSURANCE.
not always the case. americas health system sucks. we need single payer. its that simple. we need to all kick in. so if ish happens we dont have to think about it. every hospital, specialists, doctor is in network and paid at 100% with a copay only. all ambulance rides..truck or helicopter are 100% paid for maybe just a copay.
thats what we need. now yall see how real it is out there. so #1 get insurance. #2 stop voting for people locally, statewide and country wide(president/congress) that dont understand we need single payer.

my dad got mis-diagnosed a few years back.it was looking bad.it was also something 'fluid in his lung-related'.
my mom wouldn't let him die without a fight and was raising all kinds of hell in the hospital.
she got a specialist flown in from S.A which pretty much saved his life.
my brother's baby mama was not so lucky. she also got mis-diagnosed,but didn't make it!!
