I think it would help @MMSex and everyone else if you dropped the stats so they can run numbers for you if they have time. I don't think we know how you are getting to these calorie numbers.

your cousin is delusional

and its 1g protein per lb of LBM, which you dont have much of

trust me and not the guy who hasnt cared about your weight until now

as far as your legs, maybe this time youll trust me when i say the cardio is unnecessary :ufdup:

breh i already cut cardio down to three days per week :myman:

i used to do it 6 times per week

and my legs hurt from the squats, not he cardio :damn:

and imma stay on track, trust me breh.

all i care about is money and the gym. thats it. :bow:

like seriously. literally. lol

i just gotta get my proprieties shake mix and my bottle though....because my daily calories and protein intake isnt that good now.

ill be 100 percent on point next week though.

we broke otuchea :sadcam:

everytime you cardio, you stall how fast you recover from squats

because of your current size, its going to be like that all the time

this isnt p90x breh, you are lifting more than you think. And stressing yourself more than you think

i wouldnt say anything if i didnt care that you were successful

Random thought and it might be to early or you might disagree but maybe he can eventually fold different exercises that get his heart rate up into the lifting but is still working the muscle groups.

For example he could go:

Set of squats
Set of Leg Press
20 squat or box jumps

3 sets at the reps he can handle for each.

its not his heart rate is the problem

hes just sore from squatting, then turned around and did elliptical

im trying to change the way he thinks about it, and realize he doesnt need that elliptical

Gator I'll say this much breh. Once I started lifting 4 days a week (Tues, Thus, Sat, Sun) I was doing cardio on Wednesday, Friday and Sat, Sunday. I saw no gains from a weight loss stand point, very stagnant. Just stopping that for the last week I feel much more rested and ready to attack lifting :manny:

i do it tues, thurs and one day on the weekend.

It really helps me though...mentally brehs.

i dont be as depressed becuase i feel like im chasing a goal or something. and listneing to music in peace.

weird? idc. i need it from time to time lol

but i can already tell that weight lifting is gonna have a HUGE impact...a nikka was breaking a lil sweat with the bar and i could tell my heart rate was going up, etc...

more testosterone is coming soon :noah:

drop it until you lose about 30 more lbs then resume it

youll wear out your knees fast at the current pace

im scared about my squats tonight...what if i cant do all 5 reps?

i also feel like its hard for me to get very low because of my size


any tips?

my legs and ass hurt though :damn:
