im scared this pain is because i did it wrong :sadbron:

my friend watched me and he corrected me as much as he could

the pain is you not squatting before

its gonna take some getting used too, but if you push through it youll be rewarded

the first week is the toughest

i just peeped imma be doing squats a lot :wow:

should i add 2.5 to each side for workout B then 5 on each side for workout A ???

or 2.5 for my A and so on?

and deadlift starts at 10 lbs?

Start with the bar and increase the weight 5 pounds each workout for that group of movements (Day A & Day B)

ok so for the deadlift, im startin at 10 lbs, and then add 5 each time or 10 each time?

also, i do squats three days per week, am i adding 2.5 each day or 2.5 for A, then 2.5 for B?

like -- am i supposed to do 5 lbs for my squats on friday? :ohhh:

MY legs killing me from them squats but Imma still try to do 45 mins of cardio tonight :sadcam:

30 will suffice if i cant complete 45 :ehh:

Im excited for dem deadlifts and overhead presses though

I showed my cousin this thread and he said:
