I wanted to ask you, how come your A & B workouts are only three different workouts, but in the PDF its 5 workouts for A & Byup i went monday and today

Stronglifts has changed considerably since its inception
the most important lifts are the Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Row, and Overhead Press
the rest arent as important
I started this yesterday but I started with 25lbs each side for squats.
