I went last night brehs :whew:

Amd Imma jog for like 45 minutes on treadmill today

I aint quit or give up, just had a lot going on in my life the past 2 weeks :sadcam:

I'm good now...got a shrink and everything :myman:

Ever since i fella copped that boxers fracture... my routines just aint beented the same.

Naw mean?

I figured Almost a year i'd be fine like wine... and the shiit is still not at full strangf.


But since it's been a habit for me to hit the fitness centre, i go out of tendency - even if i'm not exerting at maximus capacity. What a tragedy - it's like jesus, he mad at me.

(Can't even flex in front of the baddest b's - gimp-like right arm equates to those laughing at thee. Perhaps not really, but its imaginary. Had my mind in frantic standing).


Will somebody love me or am i just a damaged bandit with a knack for sadness?

yup i went monday and today

did cardio yesterday

i just be forgetting to log it in here lol

i have a notebook that i carry with me :ohlawd:

and i been MAD busy but imma update this thread as i go

i gotta weigh in at the end of the month, but just know, my waistline is decreasing :whoo:

and i can fit shirts better ... it feels so good :to:

I wanted to ask you, how come your A & B workouts are only three different workouts, but in the PDF its 5 workouts for A & B

i edited it

Stronglifts has changed considerably since its inception

the most important lifts are the Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Row, and Overhead Press

the rest arent as important
