If anything, you could always grab one of those 50k villas as a summer home and cop before the prices appreciate. Nothing says you have to completely give up your life in america and live down there permanently. 50k is about the price of a nice luxury car, so I don't see why not put that on an additional residence.

Not very practical to have a summer home in a foreign country. It might make sense as a real estate investment (maybe), but if you work for someone and only have 30 days vacation, copping a summer home some place nearby like Nantucket or Hilton Head makes more sense. You'll have more opportunities to enjoy it

Depends on where you go, the Southern states of Brazil have lower crime and are more European, the Northern states are more crime ridden, but that is where the Black/Mixed women are.

You're in finance, so Rio, Sao Paulo (not near the beach) and Brasilia would be the most logical places for you. The apartments in those cities are a little more expensive, you're looking at $70,000 for 2 bedrooms.

Personally Brazil has little to offer me but it is a beautiful place.

ETA: But what brothas should take from this thread is a different perspective. The rat race isn't for everyone. I'm in it right now and doing very well but everyone needs time to "log-out" once and awhile. Riding around in a Mercedes may be your thing.

It may be your "log out" method.

But just think you can wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and tropical wildlife for the same price.

He would probably have a much easier time pulling women of the same if not higher caliber over there. That's the point. If I can get the SAME exact thing for a tenth of the effort elsewhere, then why would I not do it? Companies are doing it with their labor. Instead of paying Americans $30 an hour with all of these benefit packages, they can go to India and pay them $13 with no benefits.

If I see a shirt in dillards for $85 bucks and the same exact shirt for $25 dollars at the outlet mall, why would I go buy it at Dillards? Negroes that are smart go to where they can win the most with their given effort level. That's called getting the best possible return on your assets.

The documentary was misleading.

They tried to equate black women as the reason for black men going to Brazil. The reality is that life is just better down there. The black women bashing made them look lame and pathetic.

With that said, I will be signing up for some Portuguese lessons in the next couple weeks.
