But as I said before it's not the end of the world if we have to part with taj. I think Jordan hill and mirotic is a good replacement. You also have Ed Davis and Andre blatche out there both of which would be cool playing next to Noah and in the line up with melo and rose . Trading taj would give us our exceptions (rmle and bae) we can get 2 great pieces with those exceptions

We have to be prepared for both sides of it. We hold a edge with melo because we in the east, out coaching and defense that can cover melo, and the fact melo would not have to sacrifice his game to be here. But Houston can offer a better package. So it can't come down to a bidding war. Phil would prefer Houston unless Phil values McDermott and mirotic that much
